Calculate the total insulin, per hour, from the Glooko Basal file

Finding the total insulin per hour is useful to review to see patterns from previous weeks, and to update profiles. 

This convertor takes the basal.csv from the Glooko log file download directory and calculates the basal insulin delivered over each hour. This value isn't available in the current interface, nor from Nightscout reports. This convertor has been used with the t:slim X2 providing insulin data.

Remember: this is early stage software, so please sanity check any results - you might need to just run this again
